Will has worked with professional men and women, young and old, some with sports injuries and women during and after pregnancy. His commitment to his clients above all is safety. Keeping a very close eye on your posture and positioning is essential to your bi-lateral development and eliminates injuries. As a functional trainer he strives to work the body from the inside out. He has found mgreat success teaching through the use of TRX Suspension systems by improving core stability, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and overall body mobility. William's clients achieve a full body workout emphasizing core performance tailored to their individual abilities.
